Ascent HA3 Selectorized Hip Abductor and Adductor Machine

The GMWD Selectorized Hip Abductor & Adductor Machine combines targeted inner thigh and outer glute training in one station. Seated hip adduction works the inner thighs, while hip abduction targets the muscles along the outside of the hips. A built-in 200 lb weight stack makes resistance changes quick and straightforward, keeping warm-ups, working sets, and drop sets moving without loading or unloading weight plates.

The gas-assisted backrest adjusts to five angles with less effort, allowing changes between more upright and reclined training angles without leaving the seat. Changing the backrest angle adjusts the torso position relative to the thighs, providing more flexibility to find a comfortable setup for each exercise. Front handles provide a secure grip for forward-leaning hip abductions, adding another supported training position.

Both modes use a 1:1 cable ratio, with all-aluminum pulleys for smooth cable travel during inward and outward movements. The 3" × 3", 12-gauge steel frame provides sturdy support through each set, bringing dedicated hip training, convenient weight selection, and adjustable positioning together in one machine.
